Use Of This Website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our space, classes and products. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Bookings & Classes
- Seats are limited and confirmed only once payment is received.
- Please arrive on time; sessions start and end as scheduled.
- Children must be within the stated age range for each program.
- A guardian must remain on-site for any non-drop-off session.
Cancellations & Refunds
Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before a session, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be refundable. We will always do our best to find a fair solution.
Health & Safety
Please let us know of any allergies or special needs when booking. PLEY follows reasonable safety practices, but participation is at your own risk and that of your child.
Pley Goods Orders
Product descriptions and colours are indicative. Prices exclude delivery unless stated. Orders are confirmed once payment is received and dispatched within the stated timeframe.
Intellectual Property
The PLEY name, logo and the content of this website are our property and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PLEY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
